BRC Fence is also called Roll Top Fence, Security Fence, Roll Top mesh fence, and
Bow Top Fencing which is a welded mesh panel with spacing 50x150mm, making the place
safety, beautiful and no worries. The fence have a triangular roll on the top and bottom of the
fence making it strong and tough.  Hence, it also help prevents anyone from easily climbing
over the fence to reach the protected area. This Fence is widely popular in Malaysia, Australia,

l Post of BRC Fence: Post centers at approximately 3.025m. Posts are polyester coated
 with a galvanized substrate.

Post Size: square steel pipe(40x60mm.50x50mm, 60x60mm), round steel pipe(48mm).

Thickness: 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 mm.

Height: Additional 500-700mm based on the panel height.

 

l Surface Finish of BRC Fence

1. Coating

Hot dipped galvanized (505 g/m2).

Galvanized (zinc coating: 40–60 g/m2) then PVC/PE coated.

Electro galvanized (zinc coating: 40–60 g/m2) then polyester powder coating

Posts are polyester coated with a galvanized substrate in accordance with Euro norm 10147.

2. Colors

Standard colors are Green RAL6005 and Black RAL9005.

Other colors are available on request.
